Over the years, the number of local neighborhood butchers has declined dramatically. The craft of butchering a whole animal and offering fresh, quality cuts has been lost. The idea of knowing the rancher who raised the animal has been set aside in consideration of mass produced, boxed meat.
It is our mission to ensure the butchery craft is not lost due to industrialization and automation. Our craft is what feeds our families as well as yours, and we take great pride in that.
We are in the process of finalizing our USDA Mobile Slaughter Unit that will allow us to cut out the middleman and save everyone money.

We have developed strategic partnerships with local ranchers and farmers to continue to bring you the highest quality products and offer the best service to these partners.
From mobile harvesting to backyard chicken processing to processing more than 2,000 whole animals each year for local ranchers and hunters we are very involved in our agricultural community.

We continue to find ways to utilize every part of the animal. We believe this respects the animal as a life given to feed people, and no part should be wasted. We have developed partnerships with local animal sanctuaries and the Downtown Denver Aquarium to ensure no part goes unused.
Over the past 10 years, we have donated more than 10 tons of inedible waste to these animals.
