No.  Hunters are welcome to pick-up their orders during our pick-up hours listed above.


HOW

Pick-up your order at the same office you dropped off at.  2885 Depew Street, Wheat Ridge.  If the office is locked, it means we are in the back working, please call us at 303-650-7471 and we will bring your order out to you.


WHEN

We ask that your order is picked up within 3 business days of your first notification.  We do charge storage fees for orders not picked up within this timeframe.  If you are traveling or have plans that would interfere with the pick-up date timeframe, simply let us know what is going on and we won't charge storage fees.


WHERE

Please do not go to or call Wheat Ridge Poultry for any Wild Game or Domestic Processing orders.  They are not licensed to process these orders, and their staff does not work in this department.

WHAT DO I NEED

After your order has been input into our production system, you will be issued a claim ticket/invoice that reviews your order, reflects any payments made, and acts as your CLAIM TICKET.


YOU NEED THIS TICKET TO CLAIM YOUR ORDER - we do not file by name.  There is a $50 Lost Ticket Fee.  We encourage you to take a picture of your ticket.  


ORDERS WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT A TICKET - for the protection of your order, we will not release orders to anyone unless they have your claim ticket.  Claim tickets prove ownership and are required at pick-up.


When your order is complete and ready for pickup, we will call you and then post your Invoice/Claim Ticket Number on this page.  


Calls regarding the status of your order will not be returned until your order is ready for pickup.  These calls take team members away from producing other orders and leads to further "downtime" and longer processing times for everyone.  


You may receive a call indicating that your Part I (steaks, roasts, burger) is complete.  During busier seasons, you may be required to pick-up this portion prior to the completion of your sausage and/or jerky.
